Specialized Care for Newborns
Our Neonatal Care Unit provides specialized medical care for newborn babies in a safe, clean, and closely monitored environment.
We offer Level II newborn care with a focus on the management and supportive care of newborns requiring medical attention, observation, and specialized nursing care.
Our Facilities Include:
- Seven neonatal incubators for newborn care.
- Phototherapy units for the management of neonatal jaundice.
- Cardiac and vital signs monitoring.
- Infusion pumps for controlled administration of fluids and medications.
- Ventilator support for selected newborns, based on clinical assessment and available resources.
- Dedicated neonatal nursing care with emphasis on hygiene and infection prevention and control.
Experienced Pediatric Team
Our unit is supported by a team of highly qualified pediatricians, including FCPS-qualified specialists and senior faculty members at the Professor level, who provide professional assessment, supervision, and management of admitted newborns.

All admissions, treatments, and supportive care are provided according to the newborn's clinical condition and the available facilities of the unit. Cases requiring advanced neonatal intensive care or specialized Sub-Speciality support may need referral to a higher-level neonatal facility.
